Delivery is normally by Royal Mail, UK Mail or Air Mail depending on the weight of your order and/or the shipping destination. Please note that we may also use other courier services not listed here at our sole discretion.

NYANZA also offers a next working day delivery service should it be required (UK only). Please note, working day refers to weekdays - Monday to Friday, and does not cover Saturday or Sunday or bank holidays.

In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we shall inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. Non-stock items normally ship within 7-10 days. Nyanza Autoparts will endeavour to keep you regularly updated on any non-stock items ordered and that are on back order for more than 10 days. Nyanza Autoparts shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date, all dates being estimates only.

All packages are covered by transit insurance for a period of 28 days from the date of shipment from Nyanza Autoparts In the case of any damage or instances of delivery failure you MUST inform us (Nyanza Autoparts) within 21 days of the date of shipment. You should email us clearly stating your order number, together with details of the problem. Failure to notify us may result in your package no longer being covered by insurance, and consequently the liability for loss or damage will have to be borne by the customer.

Deliveries will be made to the delivery address provided by you during checkout, you may select a different delivery address to your billing address if required (e.g. a work address etc.). Please note that we can only ship to the one delivery address provided and can not use any alternative (e.g. neighbour etc.). All packages must be signed for at the delivery address provided and will not be left without a signature.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on location, weight of the product including packaging, volumetric weight if applicable and necessary insurance coverage and handling charges. You can view the relevant shipping charges to your chosen destination easily by adding any product to your 'Shopping Cart', below the cart you will see a table of applicable shipping charges.

International Shipping and large packages.

In certain cases shipping prices quoted and/or charged may later be found to be insufficient to cover the costs of shipping orders internationally. This can be caused where the volumetric weight (package size) is substantially higher than the actual package weight. If this is the case we will contact you before shipping to inform you of any additional charges, you will then have the option of either paying these extra charges, removing items from your order, or of cancelling your order.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that have been correctly despatched to the shipping address as supplied by the customer, and which are subsequently returned to NYANZA as undeliverable, whether by courier or postal service, are subject to a maximum refund of the value of the products ordered only, (not including shipping costs). Furthermore, the customer is also liable to pay any applicable return postage costs, as well as make further payment for re-shipment should this be required.

To avoid this situation, you are strongly advised to double check that the shipping address you provide for your order is accurate.

Tax Charges

Nyanza Autoparts is registered in Great Britain for VAT. Registration Number 545 0933 45. All orders to destinations within the UK and/or EEC will have VAT added to the value of the order. At this time NYANZA is unable to ship goods within the EEC exclusive of VAT.

Orders shipped to non-EU destinations do not have to pay VAT. Prices do not include any customs duty and excise or any other local taxes for goods shipped outside the EU. Customer shall pay all such duties and taxes, but Customer shall not be liable to pay any tax to the extent it has complied with the relevant tax exemption requirements and delivered to Seller satisfactory documentary proof acceptable to Seller of exemption from such tax.

Guarantee

All products are supplied with the manufacturers guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation

If you are a UK customer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. You may do this by talking or sending by post or e-mail a WRITTEN notice of cancellation to:

Please note that the above right does not apply for any non-defective ECU upgrades that have been specifically programmed for your vehicle, these items are not returnable under any circumstances.

When returning goods, please state your full name and address to identify your order. Any order returned to us without this information will be refused. You have until the expiry of SEVEN WORKING DAYS (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and public holidays), starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right. If you exercise your right to cancel, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit to Nyanza Autoparts will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be for the customers account. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery.

Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by Nyanza Autoparts and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 20%. In this instance, the customer must pay the cost of return carriage.

Non-stock or Special orders (i.e. those that have been ordered specifically for your vehicle and can not be resold) cannot be cancelled; such items include but are not limited to ECU upgrades.

Stock orders can be cancelled prior to despatch without penalty.

Inspection/Return procedures

Customer shall inspect the products within 30 days of receipt, such period being confirmed by Customer to be a reasonable period to examine the products for defects or shortfalls, and notify Nyanza Autoparts promptly of any non-conformance. Failure to notify Nyanza Autoparts within that 30-day period will constitute acceptance of the products for all purposes.

No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of Nyanza. The customer is responsible for returning products to Nyanza Autoparts at the Customer's risk and expense. Nyanza Autoparts shall not be responsible for failure of the delivery service to make on-time delivery. Customer must ship the product(s) to Nyanza Autoparts in the original packaging, prepaid and insured.

International Returns

As above you must contact us prior to returning any items to us. Once authorised for return, all packages must be clearly and prominently marked on the outside of the package as being 'returned to original sender' it is also important that this is clearly marked on any customs documentation together with the reason for return. Any packages not clearly marked as such may become liable for import duty and taxes, in this instance delivery to us may be refused or duties/taxes charged as such to the sender.

Any product(s) returned to Nyanza Autoparts shall become the property of Nyanza Autoparts If Nyanza Autoparts determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturers warranty, Nyanza Autoparts reserves the right to charge Customer for the parts. Seller will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.
